The screen in the picture above is that of an invoice which is ready to
be posted and printed. The screen contains four grids. The
major grid is the large one which contains not only a list of the
services and products provided during this visit, but also related
information such as exam observations and test results, some of which
will not be printed on the invoice, but will be entered into medical
records when the invoice is posted. This means that the invoice
screen above not only displays the invoice content. IT ALSO
DISPLAYS THE MEDICAL RECORDS CONTENT. This secondary information
includes
● Exam observations
● Test results
● Prescription label instructions
● Other instruction or information
So in effect, this screen displays both the information that will be on the invoice and the related information that will be included only in the patient's medical records.
