The HOSPITAL LOG screen lists all patients who currently await service
or products. These patients are listed in the big grid.
There are two one line grids at the bottom listing CLIENT INFORMATION
and PATIENT INFORMATION for the patient selected in the big grid.
If the client or patient are color coded, this will be shown in the
appropriate bottom grid.
In the upper right corner is a group of eight color codes matching
colors of the appointment types in the APPT FOR column of the grid.
But these are more than just color codes. Clicking on any one of
the rectangles will alter the patient list in the grid to only include
appointments of that type. For example, clicking on the SURGERY or
red rectangle changes the grid list to include only SURGERY
appointments. Clicking the ALL or white rectangle makes the grid
list include ALL appointments.
The SUBJECTIVE and PLAN edit boxes are used in a manner similar to their
use in the LOGIN screen already covered.
The BUTTON CLUSTER at the top of the screen includes the following
options:
● The F2 - RECORDS button opens the
MEDICAL RECORDS screen
for the patient selected in the grid.
● The F3 - REMINDERS button opens a window displaying the reminder
status for this patient.
● The F4 -
INVOICE button opens a pending invoice for the selected patient.
If an invoice has already been started, then closed, this button opens
the partially completed invoice.
●
The F5 - VITALS button opens the VITALS WINDOW for entry of the patient's vital information into the medical
