VITALS INFORMATION data entry window.

The patient's weight and other vital information shown including date observed is entered in this window which can be accessed from several windows.  This then adds this information to a pending invoice.  When the invoice is eventually posted, this information will be added to the patient's records and the weight will also be listed in the patient's weight history.  If a patient is hospitalized, this information can be entered as many dates as necessary during the hospitalization period.  When the invoice is posted each entry will be posted for the date entered.
