Medical Records CONTEXT MENU
  EDIT MED RECS - these options (in the submenu) edit the medical records, but leave the original content hidden and available to be seen should the need arise.
    •  EDIT SINGLE LINE - opens an edit window with only the selected line item available for edit
    •  REMOVE SINGLE LINE - removes the records line item selected
    •  EDIT INFORMATION - edits the secondary information (exam observations, prescription instruction, lab results, etc.)
    associated with the primary entry to which the information is associated
    •  REMOVE COMPLETE ITEM - removes the primary item selected and all associated secondary information
    •  MOVE LINE UP ONE LINE - moves selected line above prior line
    •  MOVE LINE DOWN ONE LINE - moves selected line below following line
●  PRICE LISTS - displays services or products price list
●  PHONE LIST - opens a module in which phone numbers important to the clinic, and related information, can be entered, edited, or viewed
●  X-RAY LOG - opens a module which lists, and from which can be viewed, all x-rays in medical records
●  ARCHIVE OLD RECORDS - permits archiving records for the patient selected which are older than an operator selected date.  These records can still be viewed, and can be restored if needed
●  RESTORE ARCHIVES - restores previously archived records for the patient selected
●  REMOVE X-RAY OR PHOTO - removes an attached x-ray or photo from the selected records line item.  The submenu provides the capability to remove the attachment from the computer entirely, or to remove it from the line item but to leave the x-ray or photo such that it can be attached to another record in the future if appropriate
●  REMOVE DOCUMENT - removes scanned document attachments in the same way the above item does x-rays or photos
●  REMOVE AVI - removes video attachments in the same way the above two items do to other types of attachments
●  CHALK BOARD - opens a module in which clinic tasks can be assigned, monitored, and updated
●  INSERT AT SPECIFIC LOCATION - provides the capability to insert a SERVICE, PRODUCT, DIAGNOSIS, UNLISTED ITEM, or FREEFORM TEXT at a specific location
●  PRINT MAILING LABEL - permits a mailing label to be printed either to the client, or to the patient in care of the client
●  CLIENT INFORMATION - permits information in the client's file to be viewed
●  PATIENT INFORMATION - permits information in the patient's file to be viewed
