Data entry screen for ENTERING A NEW PATIENT or EDITING A CURRENT.
This is the data entry screen for patients. The patient's birth
date can be entered and it's age is calculated, or it's age can be
entered and it's birth date is automatically calculated.
The computer knows which reminders for each species are to be started. If the patient is young enough to not have started one or more of reminders for it's species, the SET BABY REMINDERS button will be enabled. Then if this button is clicked before saving the data, the patient's BABY REMINDERS (first reminders) will be set automatically.
