Client Context MenuThe tasks which can be done using the options in this context menu include:
●  REFERRED BY - permits the reason a new client selected this clinic to be recorded.  This option also occurs automatically when the new client's information is entered.
●  COMBINE ACCOUNTS - combines two accounts in cases were a client was entered twice.
●  NEW CLIENT SHEET - prints a form for a new client to record necessary information about both client and patient(s).  The receptionist then enters the information into the computer from this form.
 CLIENT CODE - initiates the assignment of a color code to the client selected.
●  VIEW DAYS REVENUE - opens a window displaying revenue related information for the date selected from a calendar on the form.
●  PRICE LISTS - this option has a submenu with options for viewing the services price list and the products price list.  This is handy when the receptionist receives price inquiries by phone.
●  SEARCH - this options has a submenu (as shown) with three options for searching for a client whose name is not known.  The search options are BY PHONE NUMBER, BY CLIENT NUMBER, or BY PATIENT NAME.
●  DICTIONARY - this is a clinic maintained file of information that can be helpful to the receptionist when receiving phone calls about sick pets.
●  MAILING LABEL - prints a mailing label for the selected client.
●  VIEW UNASSIGNED INVOICES - displays invoice records which are not currently assigned to a client.
●  CLIENT INFORMATION - displays a window showing recorded information for the selected client.
●  RESTORE PRE-WRITEOFF ACCOUNT BALANCE - if the status changes on an account which was previously written off as not collectable, the pre-write-off balances are restored to all effected invoices and to the account balance.
