This window is opened by DOUBLE CLICKING on the client to be coded in the CLIENT/PATIENT SCREEN.  Then clicking on the code to be applied color codes the client and closes the window.  To remove a code, just double click to open the window, then click the REMOVE CLIENT'S CODE button.
