
This screen displays a CLIENT'S ACCOUNT
When the F4 - ACCOUNT button is pressed on the CLIENT/PATIENT screen,
the above screen is shown containing the account history for the client
selected. The button cluster at the top permits tasks, many of
them password protected, to be performed. The top grid, just
beneath the button cluster lists all invoices (for service, payments on
account, deposits, and credits or debits to the account) for that
client. If the invoice selected in the top grid is for services
and/or products, these services and/or products will be listed in the
bottom grid with details of each including date occurred, patient, item
name, quantity, charge, discount, tax, unit (if applicable), and
provider's initials.
The bottom of the screen displays account information including a
summary and a total revenue received since the account was initiated.
