Dr. Marshak outside his clinic

Dr. Marshak's Endorsement:

I purchased GAVC in 2002... it had been using the DOS version of Datavet System's software since 1997. My initial plan was to shop for a Windows-based system, but I spoke with Jim and he convinced me to stick with Datavet Systems, but to move to their windows system. It was probably the best decision I've made as business owner... the software is extremely stable, and the support simply is impossible to match. With decades of experience with computers, I honestly can say that you will not find better hardware and software support from any other company.

The software is simple to learn... new hires are usually proficient within one week. It features every module you need to run the clinic, from medical records to financial information to inventory management and marketing. It is easily customizable and very deep in its features. And the company is constantly updating, upgrading, and maintaining the software to keep it on the cutting edge. As the business has grown, Datavet Systems has provided the kind of support and advice to let the system grow with it. You would be very hard pressed to find a better company system or company for supporting your clinic.

A receptionist handles the customer interface of the invoicing activity at the front desk, while the doctors and technicians construct the invoices, including exam observations and other medical information, from the exam rooms and pharmacy computers.  Medical attachments such as x-rays, photos, scanned documents, ultra-sound images, etc. can be attached in medical records from any work station from pick lists of attachments which are in the computer.
